For function control of sealing devices.

Within the framework of routine tests, the quality of the sealing seams produced with MELAseal can be tested in practice with the MELAG seal check.

The MELAG seal check verifies the quality of the adhesion on the paper through the contrast on the special print sample. With the correct fusion of the inner film layer and its correct pressure on the paper, a full-surface sealed seam is created. Insufficient sealing temperatures, worn sealing bars or insufficient contact pressure become visible.
