HydroTac® transparent Comfort from Paul Hartmann AG is a hydrophilic foam dressing that offers optimal wound management. It does not matter whether it is a heavily bleeding wound or a dry wound. In weeping wounds, the foam layer easily absorbs the exudate. This makes it ideal for the treatment of ulcus cruris, diabetic foot syndrome, decubitus ulcers or even second-degree burns. HydroTac® transparent Comfort actively releases moisture from dry wounds through the hydrogel and thus creates a moist wound environment. The germ-tight polyurethane cover film can be easily attached by the adhesive edge and later removed with little pain. HydroTac® transparent Comfort consists of a net-shaped hydrogel layer and a hydrophilic foam dressing, which provides additional padding. HydroTac® transparent Comfort are individually and sterilely packed.
