HAVER analytical sieve machines produce a three-dimensional sieve movement. The material to be screened is distributed over the entire surface of the sieve bottom in the analytical sieve. In the case of heavy goods, abrupt interruptions of the sieve movement in intermittent operation lead to considerably more intensive screenings. This will in many cases reach the endpoint of screening sooner. The HAVER electromagnetic sieve analysis machines have no rotating parts, are very robust, maintenance-free, quiet and versatile. The special spring system and the use of castings give the structure a high stability, thereby avoiding the transmission of unwanted vibrations to the fixed parts of the analysis machine and its footprint. Sieves and sieve pan must be ordered separately. The HAVER UWL 400 are the most powerful model, especially for the screening of coarse-grained screenings. It works with robust unbalance drive via two three-phase unbalance motors, which generates a three-dimensional sieve movement and ensures optimum sieving results even with large feed quantities.
