The planing machine AS 400 control is used for dry sieves with analysis sieves up to 400 mm diameter. The uniform, horizontal circular sieve movement ensures the exact separation of the screenings. Fine and coarse-grained goods can be separated exactly. The AS 400 control can be used as a quality control inspection within the scope of DIN EN ISO 9000 ff. Due to the mains frequency-independent variable speed drive, the AS 400 control delivers reproducible results worldwide. The desired speed/sieve ground acceleration and sieving time are set, displayed and monitored digitally. It is delivered with a test certificate and can be calibrated. A changing direction of rotation in the interval can be added on request.
