Retsch analytical sieving machines are used for reproducible particle size determination in the areas of research and development, quality control of raw materials, intermediate and end products as well as for production monitoring. The analytical sieve machine AS 450 control is the first three-dimensionally vibrating screening machine from RETSCH for 400 mm and 450 mm sieves. It is suitable for wet and dry screening. By optimizing the electromagnetic drive amplitudes of up to 2.2 mm are possible, so that the screenings are very effectively screened and manual rescoring is no longer necessary. Reproducibility plays an important role here: The amplitude is independent of the loading of the sieves and is continuously readjusted. The AS 450 control separates sample quantities of up to 25 kg in one operation and is used primarily for products such as minerals. Like all devices in the "control" series, the AS 450 can also be controlled with EasySieve®.
