Novartos: the pharmaceutical zone sampler according to the FDA directive Unit Dose Sampling.
The double sample train is now possible without moving the lance in the bulk material. As a result, segregation is largely avoided. Simple cleaning is an integral part of Novartos.
The complete filling and emptying of the sample chambers has been significantly improved by computer-optimized geometry.
Gaps and dead spaces, in which sample residues can accumulate, were largely avoided.
The accurately fitting sample inserts are easily replaceable and infinitely variable in volume from 0 to 4.0 ml.
The wall thickness of the lance has been increased to eliminate deformation.
The penetration depth is clearly visible on the laser-engraved depth scale.
Made of stainless steel V4A (1.4404).
