The Eppendorf Vis Cuvettes are disposable cuvettes made of clear plastic with a light transmission of 300 nm to 900 nm. These cuvettes are particularly suitable for applications outside the UV range, e.g. colorimetric protein assays (Bradford, Lowry etc.), determination of the optical density of bacterial cultures (OD600 methods), kinetics and fluorescence measurements.
The Eppendorf Vis Cuvettes are disposable cuvettes made of clear plastic material with a light transmission of 300 nm to 900 nm. The Vis cuvettes are particularly suitable for applications outside the UV range, e.g. colorimetric protein assays (Bradford, Lowry etc.), determination of the optical density of bacterial cultures (OD 600 methods) as well as kinetics and fluorescence measurements. Depending on the measuring volume, you can choose between the semi-microcuvette and the macrocuvette.
