CERAN® - an exceptional glass ceramic - is highly resistant to breakage, temperature change resistant, distortion-free, UV-permeable and high-acid-resistant.
Equipment:
the low-mass board made of CERAN® electrically heated all over, embedded in a stainless steel frame and mounted on an internally insulated stainless steel housing. The housing is on all sides 5 mm larger from the plate dimension. The temperature is controlled by a NiCr-Ni temperature controller sensor (control range 50 ... 500 ° C), which is installed in a die-cast aluminum housing. Heating time to 500 ° C in about 8 minutes. Four feet, height adjustable by approx. 8 mm, allow wobble-free and horizontal positioning. Thermostatic temperature control from 50 - 500 ° C. Voltage 230 V. With screwing device for 4 tripod bars. Version with separate control housing for wall mounting. The standard length of the cable between control housing and heater is 1.3 m. Other lengths are possible on request.
