DURAN®chicane wide mouth bottle GLS 80®, clear glass

The DURAN® GLS 80® wide-neck baffle bottle has three vertical baffles on the inner walls that interrupt the radial vortex movement. The chicanes increase the vertical circulation and thus enable a considerably more efficient and homogeneous mixing. Furthermore, the formation of a central vortex is suppressed and there are fewer areas where no mixing takes place.

• The GLS 80® wide-neck baffle bottles are fully compatible with the DURAN® GLS 80® stirred reactors and other magnetic stirrers.
• The chicanes are embedded in the side walls of the glass and can be easily cleaned due to their continuous, smooth surface.
• The bottles are compatible with all GLS 80® wide-neck connection systems, which means easy feeding and dispensing of liquid during the mixing process.
• The volume of the contained liquid is easily readable via the printed scale.
