Plot-Column Rt-Q-Bond

Porous polymers are specialized, high-retention stationary phases for a wide range of applications, capable of eluting both polar and non-polar compounds. They are highly hydrophobic, so water does not affect retention times and even elutes as a good chromatographic peak. Q-BOND is our strongest non-polar and most widely used porous polymer column; polarity can be increased by incorporating functional groups (e.g., QS-, S-, and U-BOND). The process used to manufacture PLOT columns with porous polymer results in strong particle bonding to the capillary walls, resulting in virtually no particle release. The result is reproducible performance from column to column, including selectivity and flow.
Rewinding PLOT columns is not recommended, as this can cause particles to detach from the capillary sidewall.
